Cut the glass to size needed and do the pre-treatment.
CLEANING PROCESS
Cleaning glass is the first step of insulating glass production and one of the most important steps to ensure the sealing of insulating glass. If the oil stagnation and sweat on the glass can not be thoroughly cleaned off, the adhesive force of the sealant on the glass will be greatly weakened, thus reducing the sealing effect of the insulating glass.
LAMINATED PROCESS
After cleaning and dry glass, assemble glass with the hollow aluminum frame and moistureproof factor molecular sieve by high viscosity butyl adhesive to prevent weak water mist into the glass, fill argon gas in to maintain stability, 2 lines of defense to prevent glass hollow fog mold.
EDGE SEALING PROCESS
Using 2 component cold gel to seal up the glass panels, 3~4 days colding period for gel to provide stronger stability, slower aging and better sealing hollow glass.
